Welcome!
I’m Tiffany Johns Davis, a financial analyst, a dedicated family woman, a martial artist, and a lifelong creative with a background spanning finance, community work, and the arts. Here, I share insights and experiences shaped by my career, values, and ongoing projects.
About
My Journey
Over the years, I’ve taken on a variety of roles, from public affairs and program coordination to yoga instruction and graphic design. Currently, I work as an Invoice Analyst focused on Title IV-E reimbursement. In this role, I help ensure compliance and financial accuracy for Pennsylvania counties, bringing a structured, analytical approach to a highly specialized area.My career is balanced by a longstanding interest in creative work. With a background in journalism and music, I’ve always been drawn to both investigative pursuits and artistic expression. Whether it’s producing a music album, developing a home project, or training in Tae Kwon Do, each experience has enriched my skill set and perspective.
What Matters Most
Throughout my life and career, a few core values have always guided me:◆ FAITH & FAMILY: My husband and two children are central to everything I do.◆ FINANCE & HEALTH: Making thoughtful, sustainable decisions is important to me, both personally and professionally.◆ EDUCATION & CREATIVITY: A commitment to lifelong learning keeps my mind sharp and my approach fresh, whether I’m in the office or in a creative space. These values are reflected in my approach to work, relationships, and continuous personal development.
Creative Pursuits
A highlight of my creative work was producing and releasing a music album in 2021. It was a rewarding project that deepened my understanding of persistence and creative problem-solving. I’ve also enjoyed roles like volunteering as a Publicity Assistant in London—an experience that opened my eyes to new cultures and perspectives, and one I carry with me today.
On the Side
Outside of work, you’ll find me:◆ PRACTICING TAE KWON DO: Martial arts offer focus, discipline, and physical activity I truly enjoy.◆ WORKING ON HOME PROJECTS: My home is a place for both practical upgrades and creative expression.◆ EXPLORING NEW INTERESTS: Whether it’s a new book, podcast, or skill, I enjoy diving into something different when I have the time.
